From industrial challenge to commissioned system.

Integrated mechatronic engineering for new production machines, complex upgrades and industrial research—from the mechanical chassis to automation, commissioning and support.

What we do

Engineering that connects the whole machine.

Regency Engineering supports factories, contractors and machine builders when the problem crosses mechanical, electrical, control and software boundaries.

01

New machines & prototypes

From a production need or new product concept to a working industrial prototype, with one coordinated engineering process.

  • Machine architecture and chassis
  • Motion and component sizing
  • Electrical design and safety
  • Manufacturing coordination and FAT
02

Automation & control systems

Controls developed around the real dynamics of the process—not simply the available hardware.

  • PLC, HMI and drive integration
  • Servo, torque and tension control
  • Control-panel design
  • Commissioning and tuning
03

Upgrades & retrofits

Modernize valuable production assets, extend service life and add capabilities without replacing the entire machine.

  • Legacy machine and CNC upgrades
  • Robot and peripheral integration
  • Drive and control modernization
  • Diagnostics and ongoing support
04

Industrial R&D & digital integration

De-risk unfamiliar processes with engineering analysis, then connect the resulting machine data to useful digital systems.

  • Dynamic, thermal and vibration modeling
  • Control feasibility studies
  • Industrial software and diagnostics
  • Database and traceability integration

Modernization03

Legacy machine tools to full CNC

Mechatronic architecture, motor sizing, controller selection and electrical design for the conversion of a lathe and mill.

Robotics & R&D04

Laser-cladding robot upgrade

Software reverse engineering, diagnostic tooling, trajectory research and integration of a new heavy-load rotary positioner.

Food production05

Automated vertical packaging machine

Food-grade mechanical design, electrical panel, motion selection, PLC/HMI programming, commissioning and continued support.

Industrial data06

Production traceability integration

A custom software framework connecting sorting and weighing stations to an enterprise database for structured production records.

How we work

A disciplined path from uncertainty to operation.

01

Define the production problem

We translate the operational need, constraints, target output and interfaces into an engineering brief.

02

Model and de-risk

Calculations, simulation and focused tests resolve the critical unknowns before costly fabrication.

03

Design and integrate

Mechanical, electrical, control and software work advance as one coordinated system.

04

Commission and support

We tune the machine in its real environment and remain available for updates and improvements.
